Maxwell Bailey '26 Recruiting Profile

Soccer has been an important part of my life for 13 years and has helped shape me into the person I am today. The successes, challenges, and obstacles throughout my years playing have influenced me to become a passionate leader, on and off the field.    

I have strong foot skills, tough mental and physical endurance, and am a solid team player.  I pride myself in being an unselfish player, leading my high school team in assists (Fall 2023 Season, 17 assists/21 games).  I am a team leader, voted captain of my club team, where I helped lead our squad to a Spring 2024 State Cup Championship.  I am a hard worker.  I put everything on the line, game after game, to do whatever I can to put my team in the best position to win.

I work hard throughout the year to improve my soccer skills, playing both high school and club soccer, attending trainings, camps, as well as independently working to improve my individual strength, speed/agility, finishing, and footwork.  When I am not training for soccer, I enjoy spending my time on a golf course.

In addition, my work ethic carries over to my academics where I am driven to excel in the classroom. I work hard to maintain a high GPA.  

I hope to continue my love of soccer at the collegiate level.
