Personal Statement
Soccer is just like nothing, its a unique sport that I deeply love. I have been kicking the ball ever since I was born, and ever since I started playing rec soccer at the age of three, its been my favorite sport. I was not though a standout soccer player, I was your regular young rec league player. Even though I started only playing travel soccer when I was 9, its been up from there,and if you saw my rec days compared to the player I am today I am so much better that you would not think I was like that when I was young. This love for the game is what has made me better throughout the years and made me work harder and harder and practice more and more. I have watched and studied so many games whether it be champions league bundesliga or premier league and have looked at so many high lights. I then take these techniques, like checking over my shoulder, and practice these techniques over and over so I it can be second nature and I can incorporate them when I play. This has made me to become a fast player who plays one and two touch, yet someone who can beat two people at once, take on players with speed. I also have great movement inside the box to get into scoring positions and also have the vision and technique to deliver a killer pass and assist.
In terms of my character, I am on honest person that I always respects everybody because every human being deserves respect no matter what. In terms of academics, I am a person that I always aims for the highest and an A. I also organize my time well so that I not only I can accommodate but also have a space of time to work hard in it. In terms of Athletics, I am a person that is always working to get better and better every single day whether it be tactically, physically, or mentally. Even though I am on the skinny side, I recognize that in order to be in college soccer I have to be physically capable to play, so I am working on gaining weight and just eating a lot of protein.My goals for college is to go to college without paying any money by using a combination of academic, athletic and other scholarships. The main goal is to really not be in huge amount of debt and not deal with any loans and interest because that is the cause of many college students being in a huge amount of debt. One of my aspirations is continuing to be involved in the sport whether it be professionally, in management, or coaching.
