Personal Statement
Not only am I a competitive athlete that has worked over the past 12 to continually improve my own skills, but I’m also a great teammate to play with. I like to play hard and have fun on the field.
Over the past four years I’ve been challenged to play every position on the field except goalie since my coaches would often adjust players based on our competition and our personal strengths. A college coach would get a player that would be able to play many positions. My two favorite positions are Center Attacking Mid & Striker. I’ve had a lot of success in these two positions and I think it shows in my stats for my Senior year of Minnewaska Soccer. I ended the season having 25 goals and 11 assists. I had the honor of being named to the MSHSSA All State Team - Section A.
Our team would focus on watching game film which helped us prepare for some very tough matches. I’ve been told that I have great game awareness as far as being able to read defensive players and choose what style to play. As you can see by my stats I not only find opportunities to place the ball at my teammates foot for a goal, but I am successful when the opportunity to score is placed at my foot. Ethan Quelle is also your player when it comes to making PK's. I enjoy beating the goalie.
I’m looking forward to the opportunity to continue to play soccer, excel personally and be part of a new team - learning from college athletes and coaches as we chase the ball down the field for the goal.
