Gage Behee '20 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to be able to make a difference in my team and in myself. I want to be able to become a better Athlete and Person as well as better the team in anyway I can.

What I believe makes me a good candidate for your team is I am a hard worker, I will work my tail off for the guy next to me. I’m a fast learner, with only a couple years experiences I’ve learned many things about the sport and I’m always eager to learn as much as possible. I am a great leader, I’m very understandings with my teammates and all their strengths and weaknesses and would never ask anyone to do something I wouldn’t and I’ll always welcome being the one that everyone turns to when things get rough.

What I believe makes me different from every other candidate athletically is for sure my work ethic I will go 100% and always strive for that extra mile and do whatever it takes to make the team better in the process. As well as if you give me a task I will complete it, if I don’t know how I will just find a way how. I’m a very determined person. One of my favorite quotes is from Neymar Jr. and it states “1% Chance 99% Faith” I live by that phrase. My self belief has increased by leaps and bounds because of it because if I can see that little bit of day light I’m going for it all the way whether that’s just in life or on the field. 

What I believe sets me apart from others academically is well I will give it my all in the classroom as on the field. If I fall short I’ll just dust it off and find a way to correct it and reach the goals I set for myself.

Finally, what I believe sets me apart from the other candidates is my high moral standards and with those standards I have turned away many things that could have ruined my life for good. As well as past experiences in my life have made me see things a lot clearer and helped me mature faster than the average teenager. Also I’m always looking to help somebody I always strive to make someone’s day better no matter how poor it is going.
