- Start off with 2 miles, 1 with and without the ball (small touches then go into long strides). Then I go to a wall and start passing back-and-forth, then some shooting drills with my weak foot and end it with another mile but the ball is just on my weak foot.

- My first year playing was in my sophomore year and went to Varsity in the middle of the season because my coaches saw a lot of talent in me. The only thing I really needed help on was my swing, but I fixing in towards the end or my season.
