Personal Statement

My passion for soccer started at a young age from watching professional Ukrainian players, it made me commit to soccer. My family is from Ukraine so that is where I get most of my customs from. My goal is to find the college that competes at the highest possible level while academically challenging me.

My usual position for school is attacking midfield due to my versatility, passing and movement on and off the ball. For club I play defensive back which helps me play midfield. Two key aspects that help me transition into how I play mid is tackling, anticipating play and understanding situations defensively. It allows me to switch gears, when I need to be defensive or attacking. These are the ways I help my team succeed. I continue to work hard on and off the field as a person and a leader. I continue to pursue this dream and hope of making it true.
