Hi, I'm Sebastian and I'm from Colombia. I came to U.S when I was 13 years old, when I was in Colombia, I used to play for a team where they trusted me, I was the captain, and we played many tournaments, we played a cup called "Mundialito" and we finished in 2nd place.
This year a played varsity, when I went to the tryouts and my coach called me and told me that I made the team, he said: "Sebastian you a good player, and congratulations, but you might not have too much time playing because we have some guys from last year, but it doesn't mean that you wont have time, now if we see that you are really working hard and you deserve to play and someone is not playing good or they think that they have their position and they stop working hard, you will replace them."
I started working harder and harder every day, and showing them that I deserved to play more time, they started to give me more time, and I started playing almost the full game, my coach started to trust more on me, and he said I was the best jumper on the team, every time a opponent was dangerous or taller than my team, I had to cover him.
I hope you guys trust me also, and give me a chance to play for your team.
thanks for taking your time to read this.
