Matthew Schraa '24 Recruiting Profile

My dream has always been to play soccer professionally and I have been playing since I was 3 years old. I have been playing club soccer at a high level since I was 10 and been on varsity soccer since freshmen year. I have had a hard time searching for a college to play at and finding one that would give me a chance. I work very hard and try my best in games and in training. I can play multiple positions, and have very good technical abilty and passing. My goal now is to go to college for soccer and show people what I can do and continue to move up in my career. I think I am a good candidate because I have a high work ethic and listen to what coaches tell me to do, I have amazing speed and can be a threat offensively but still get back on defense and mark up. I don't give up and I do not intend to give up my soccer career now, I am very exciting to play for a college team and think I am a very good pick up for your squad!
