Parker Pollay is a 2024 Outside Back soccer recruit. He plays for Asheville FC UPSL, Asheville City SC USLA, and Highland FC ECNL RL. Parker started out as a skilled striker early in his soccer career, leading the league in goals and assists in 2021. In 2022, following trials and training with several Bundesliga academy teams, he made the move to outside back. A natural in this position, Parker's speed, and accuracy passing and shooting with both feet allow for flexible positioning on the field in both the wing back and outside back positions. After playing outside back for less then a year, he signed with Asheville’s USLA team. Within a year, he was recognized and signed by Asheville’s UPSL team. Parker brings a level of athleticism to the field that allows him to grow and develop at an exponential rate in highly competitive environments. Furthermore, his ability to merge speed and accuracy with impenetrable defensive skills makes him one to watch for 2024 roster openings.
