My entire life revolves around soccer. I haven't had the easiest time coming up and soccer has always been an outlet for me. My mom put me onto soccer at the age of 3 and was really active with me, up until she passed away in 2014. It has long been a goal to obtain the highest level possible, for my myself and my mom. Going into high school I was dropped onto a lower team at CSA which really opened my eyes and forced me to make a decision. Do I really want to take this to the next level? It wasn't long until I realized what pushed me to do this and that it was essential for me to start putting in more work. Years later I am so grateful for that wakeup call which taught an immense amount of work ethic and responsibility. I wasn't only moved back up but I excelled at that level. I've always been told I have a high sense of leadership on and off the field and I do not take that for granted. Another strong suit I take pride in is my ability to make the game decisive plays and never drop my head regardless of the situation. As captain of my school team I learned you have to play your best at all times and if you give up that shows onto other looking up at you so its key to always put in your hardest so the team will follow accordingly. Academically I hope to continue the path I am on and finish top 10 in my class, furthering that success in college.
