Soccer is a huge part of my life and I have played competitively for years, starting the game at age five. I have played both club and school during my middle and high school years, often going from one practice to the next. That sort of work ethic drives me, as I really enjoy growing as a player and thrive in a high level of competition. I’m looking to play at a college level where I will be challenged both academically and on the field. I am considering studying engineering or computer science.
I currently play for Wake FC NPL as an outside back and play as needed in the midfield, which I also really enjoy. I also play Varsity for North Raleigh Christian and look forward to another year as we continue to grow our young team under our Coach, Ed Pinon. I previously played middle school soccer with Carmel Christian who has an amazing coaching staff.
We have moved quite a bit which I feel has allowed me to adapt quickly and learn new positions on the field. I am a team player and I value team chemistry, as I think that makes a huge difference on the field. Also, I feel I have the ability to see the field well and can anticipate ball movement which enables me to play my position better. I love the game and the strategy behind it. I never give up and I play strong until the end.
My faith in the Lord is a big part of my life and drives me to be the best that I can be, no matter what I am doing. I am dependable and hardworking... I have no problem taking correction. It drives me to become better, as I want to be the best that I can be. I look forward to speaking with you as to how I can make an impact for your program.
