I love sports. I have been playing soccer, as well as many other sports, since I was little. I played baseball, basketball, lacrosse, football and golf up until last year when decided to focus on soccer. I have been playing at a high level of premier soccer for almost 6 years now and I love the competition. I love playing soccer not only because of the competition but because of how much fun it is for me. I get goosebumps of excitement before every game I play in, and I want to continue that in college.
I want my college soccer experience to be at a place that will allow me excel in the sport as well as academically. I know that academics are just as important as soccer, and am willing to keep both my grades and game at the highest I can. I have been able to travel a little with my family, and I am very open to playing anywhere. I would be just as happy playing 30 minutes down the street than playing across the country. I have been able to look at multiple schools from all over, and almost any location has a benefit for me. Overall, I want to play a high level of soccer in college. I believe that the competition I am playing now has prepared me to play for many different schools.
I once had a baseball coach tell me that I was as valuable off the field as I was on it because I kept my teammates loose in the dugout but played hard on the field. I am hoping to do the same in college with the right team.
