Jack Sarkisian '17 Recruiting Profile

The game of soccer has impacted every aspect of my life. It has pushed me to set goals and work towards achieving those set in front of me. It has become a part of my life that I can't live without and I can't picture myself not playing the game that has surrounded me throughout my entire life. Soccer has pushed me to work harder in academics  and wanting to separate myself from all of the other student athletes. Even in  school, soccer and athletics appears in my major and the career I want to pursue alongside with being a soccer player.  My academic goals are to complete my college degree with honors in Athletic Healthcare and Fitness and a minor in Sports Management.  I achieved Honor Roll Status in my junior and sophomore year of high school.  I know that I will continue to work hard in my senior year and attain my honor roll status.  In college I want to excel as a student athlete and continue my passion for soccer at a college with a competitive soccer program. I am looking for a program that meets my competitive nature for playing the game I love and fulfilling my social aspect of working with a team utilizing my leadership and communication skills.  I will persevere and work hard to achieve any goal that I set for myself in academics and in soccer. I will especially do anything I can to help the team succeed and bring us all closer together. My family and I can't imagine this huge part of my life being removed. This is why I am fully committed to the school that will give me the opportunity to pursue my career in soccer and academics.
