I was born in a small missions hospital in Bangladesh in 1999. I grew up moving back and forth and have lived there for about seven years. I learned to play soccer at age five and have since dedicated my time to playing the sport I love. I believe that living in a third world country as a child helped put world inequality at the front of my mind. I want to change the world, but in order to do that I need a college education. I have had an up and down soccer career. When we moved back to the states I soon became acquainted with my current coach Kiyo Ichikawa and have learned so much from him in the years that I have played with him. Our high school team freshman and sophomore year were not very good and I got used to losing almost every game by a landslide. During the winter of sophomore year my coach met me and my good friend Ryan with a surprise.
He wanted us to go to Cleveland and try out for a club team he helped coach, the Cleveland Internationals. I had dreamed of playing for them and when we made the team I was overjoyed. I have learned so much from the amazing coaching staff that are there and am continuing to grow through their training. As I move forward into my junior year I am starting to think more about colleges and what I may want to do. I look forward to completing my recruiting process and dev eloping my skills physically and academically.
