Savvas Pizanias F...Personal Statement
The game of soccer has always been there for me since I was 4 years old, starting club ball at that age really pushed me to find a love and a need for this beautiful game. I attend Cardinal Mooney High School, class of 2022. This past season although being hindered by Covid has been my favorite season yet. My team managed a 16-3-4 record and a trip to MAPFRE Stadium to compete in the Division 3 State Championship. Although we may have not left Columbus with the result we were looking for, we had achieved more than we might have realized, Conference Champs, District Champs, regional Champs, and State Runner-up. I managed to contribute 13 goals and 9 assists on the year, I am now starting my 12th club season with TCSC and am looking forward to achieving an opportunity to continue my athletic career into the collegiate level.
