Joshua Schooley '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was 6. After being the top scorer in my league two years consecutively, I aspire to play on a more competitive team. Post-secondary soccer would a great opportunity to change my soccer life and would be a one in a life time opportunity.

I have excellent ball control, quick to react at a fast pace with strong legs to finish. I am a good leader encouraging others on and off the field and always give it my all to represent a good role model. I am a quick learner which has helped me improve my skills, and set goals for myself and work hard to achieve them.

Academically, I work and study hard to maintain my high GPA. In the summer, I volunteer for a local soccer fest and I work full-time for my fathers engineering firm. 

I want to attend a post-secondary school where I can achieve my desired education in the engineering field and at the same time, be able to continue to play the game I love. I hope I am able to pursue these goals to make not only myself proud, but my family as well.
