Ever since I took my first steps I’ve had a soccer ball at my feet. My pedigree comes from being a third-generation soccer player. I’ve been blessed with great coaches along the way including my Dad, Coach Taylor who played at a collegiate level and most recently, Coach Storm from South Africa. As far back as I can remember I’ve wanted to be a professional soccer player. This continues to be my dream; however, a 4-year college degree is important to me and I would like to focus on becoming a Sports Broadcaster. Academics is very important to me as demonstrated through my achievement of straight A’s through middle school. I am currently taking Advanced Placement courses as a rising freshman I plan to continue scholastic advancement in high school by taking college courses. As captain of my middle school soccer team, I lead the team to a perfect season including capturing the championship title. I am known by both the coaches and my teammates as a great team player who is a highly competitive student of the game. Off the field people know me as a very positive, friendly and organized person. I have been fortunate enough to participate in the South Carolina Olympic Development Program for the past three years. Through lemonade stands and mowing yards I’ve been able to save enough money to attend five summer college camps including one ID camp. One of my proudest moments was getting chosen from a local Barcelona camp to attend training in Spain.
I look forward to continuing to learn and grow on and off the field.
