Hello my name is Zach Wilson, I live In Lexington, Tennessee and attend Lexington High School and enjoy going to movies, reading, playing basketball and video games but my main hobby and passion is soccer.
I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old, it has taught me what hard work, commitment and team work are all about. It has also taught me how to deal with the disappointment of losing as well as the excitement and gratification of winning. The highlights so far of my soccer career are winning the State Tournament with my club team and making the State Tournament during my sophomore year of high school for the first time in school history.
Soccer has also taught me determination and that has transferred to the class room I attribute the determination that was learned from playing soccer to keep working hard and can proudly say that I have been taking mostly honors classes since my Freshman year. In college I want to continue to push myself in both academics and athletics. I not only believe that I have the skill set to play on the collegiate level but also the work ethic and character to be a great teammate and leader for your team.
