My name is Hunter Oubre and I am a soccer player. I have played since the age of 4 and have always dreamed of playing soccer at the next level. At this point in my life, the next level is collegiate soccer. My urge to play at the college level is driven by my own personal acronym: STRENGTH
S – Self Aware: I have always been focused and aware of what is happening on and off the field.
T – Team Builder: My personality helps bring players and coaches together.
R – Realistic: I set my goals to a high but realistic standard. Then I work to achieve those goals through hard work.
E – Eager: I am eager and excited to do my job on and off the field.
N – Never quit: I give 100% effort 100% of the time.
G – Grateful: I am grateful for the skills I have been given and for the opportunity to use those skills.
T – Trustworthy: I am the type of player that my teammates and coaches can trust with the ball on the field and as a friend off the field.
H – Hardworking: I work hard at everything I do. Skill and talent are never enough. Hard work is key to success in soccer and in life.
