I want the opportunity to better my mind and body. I want to be the best soccer player I can be and I know I can achieve that through great coaching and mentorship that is found at college campuses like yours. 

I'm a good candidate for your team because no one wants it more than I do. I will give everything I have to my teammates and the game. I have been playing since I can remember and I'm determined to continue my journey on the soccer field. 

To be completely honest I didn't care much about my grades when I was a freshmen and sophomore. I just went through the motions those couple of years,  but as I travelled the country playing at different camps I realized that if I wanted to be where my peers were going to be I needed to straighten out and work in the classroom just as hard as I worked on the field. So I challenged myself taking advanced placements courses and even though I struggled I was succeeding like never before. My accomplishments were able to help me receive an academic scholarship from the Houston Texans, something that I would have never been able to accomplish without the hard work that was being put into my academics during this time.
