Personal Statement
I began playing soccer at the age of four. I fell in love with the sport during my early years and particularly with the goalie position which has become an integral part of who I am and my life ambitions. I enjoy the responsibility that comes with being a keeper, a leader both on and off the field, and a dependable team member on Tomball Memorial High School’s varsity soccer team. While soccer is a very important part of me, I also enjoy the outdoors and being on the water. I plan to study and obtain a degree in a biological field while in college. I want to someday have a career in either aquatic sciences or marine fisheries. I’m hopeful that my time in college will be filled with both the learning experience I will need for a career and the leadership, discipline and fulfillment that soccer brings to my life.
