Mason Stewart '24 Recruiting Profile

I love playing soccer. I love to push myself physically and to see myself achieve my goals.  My goal is to be recruited by a collage team so that I can have the best of my two worlds, soccer and learning. I have a desire to help people with their money and the decision that will make them successful. I also love agriculture, due to the fact that I have been raised on a ranch, so I would like for my love of business and agriculture to create a career for my future. I value good grades and have worked really hard at this throughout my years of schooling. I received the Presidential Award when I graduated from Elementary School for having straight A's. I was a member of the Honor Society in Middle School and feel like that was not only due to my grades, but also for my conduct in the class room. I aim to achieve these same accomplishments in Highschool and Collage. 

I stand out as an athlete on and off the field because I am very coachable and versatile. I have played in almost every position on the field, I go where the coach needs me. I value honesty and hard work in all aspects of life, so I know that I give my team and coach everything I've got. I come from a small community in rural Utah and that offers me a great advantage to know how to work hard and sacrifice for the whole. I have a great desire for more exposure to soccer. I have played soccer from a young age and found that my background in clogging helped me with balance and rhythm.  I am athletic in other areas and have found great success in running long distance with our Cross-Country team. I finished fifth on our team that took the 3A State Championship and was the second Freshman overall.  I also placed first in our Region Wresting Tournament my 8th grade year for the  95lb weight class, with only 3 years of experience in Wresting. I am competitive  and self motivated. I learn fast. I work hard. I'm the one for your team!
