Jose Barragan '20 Recruiting Profile

Growing up I have had so many dreams and so many goals. One of my biggest dreams/goals was to play in college. I remember my parents buying me a white board and the first thing that I put was "I'm going to college!!!" And to this day I still have the same white board and still have that saying on there. Every single day I wake up and look at the white board and it makes me happy because I know one day I will achieve my dream. I work hard every day, I study every day, and train every day. I never let any anything or anyone get in the way of me doing what I have been dreaming of since I was little. Playing soccer has been a big part of my life I started playing at a very young age. I always worked very hard on and off the pitch, I always went 100% every game. No matter if I got taken down I always come back up and keep fighting. Not only I gave it my all in games but I also gave it my all in school. I would always make sure I turned in my assignment on time and I always made sure I would get 100% on every test or quiz. I always pushed myself so I can become a better student. So hopefully my dream/goal of wanting to study in college and play comes true because I would be making my family proud and also my lost ones proud of me
