Personal Statement
Many people wait an entire lifetime to discover their passion in life. I am lucky to have already found mine, Soccer! I began playing soccer when I was just 3 years old. Since then there probably hasn'the been one day that I haven't touched the ball, dreamt about the game, and strived to get better. Soccer is the one constant in my life that never lets me down.
Through the game I have developed leadership skills, how to be a team player, taught under different leadership, develope patience, how to interact with different personalities, how to problem solve, self discipline, and achieve pure happiness.
My goal is to continue to play competively at the collegiate level. I am a dedicated player and student. I am a good candidate for any college team because of my personal athletic drive to work hard and strive for perfection. Through hard work, leadership to motivate those around me and a strong moral character the WINS will come naturally.
Academically, my goal is to become a Physical Therapist for professional athletes. I excel at math and science and enjoy working with athletes as they have the same drive as me. I know that I would enjoy helping them towards a 100% recovery. Both my junior and senior internships are mentoring under a orthopedic surgeon and therapy department.
