Personal Statement
Coaches -
I feel as though that I can make an impact on many college teams due to my strong work ethic and versatility in terms of being able to play multiple positions. Some of the traits that set me apart from my peers are the fact that I set individual goals for each week at training and I will absolutely never give up. An example of a goal I may set is working hard so that I'm asked to join the 2002 academy group the following week at practice.
I am have incredibly positive attitude and my drive to get better is second to none. I'm the epitome of a player that will give 110% every single day at training. As it relates to my character, I am an involved member in my community helping out at various non-profits in the area. I'm a member of Rainier Athletes who provide mentorships, academic guidance and athletic support.
My academic future is looking extremely bright as I have been consistently averaging a 3.0 GPA and I'm continually woking hard to do better. My goal is to make an impact in the world by building new and innovative things that will help the less fortunate in the world. This is the reason that mechanical engineering is my passion.
Thank you in advance for your consideration. I will do whatever it takes to meet your standards and help your team.
Very warm regards,
