I am dependable and very consistent in how I play. I started playing soccer when I was 3 years old with Kidz Love Soccer in Livermore California. Last year I helped coach 8-12 year old kids who were in Kidz Love Soccer in Issaquah, WA.
I have been a starter and have played almost every minute of every game since the age of 10. My coaches at the premier level have said I'm a good problem solver, I have a good sense of positioning, I can play multiple positions, I have a good touch, solid passing skills, I'm a good teammate and very coach-able. I've been told I have a good soccer IQ.
I do well in school and I was a member of National Honor Society for 2015-2016. I received a Scholar-Athlete award also this year. Most of my teachers have given me comments on my report card that say "student is a pleasure to have in class". My goal is to play soccer for a college that is a good fit for me academically and athletically.
Outside of school and playing soccer, I have volunteered for the Northwest Harvest Food Bank in Seattle, and my Dad and me take school supplies and soccer equipment to the Maya Center School and Sittee River School in Stann Creek, Belize. We also do a 5K obstacle course run for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society every year since 2011 called the Winter Pineapple Classic in Seattle. We have season tickets for the Seattle Sounders FC since they started in MLS in 2009 and saw them play against Barcelona the first year.
