Sam Garabedian '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a competitor and a constant worker; I leave it all on the field.  I love to play soccer, train hard, and build friendships. Soccer has been my life, and I plan to compete as long as I can.  My goal is to play and excel in college soccer while receiving a good education.  Training and playing have always helped me find balance in life. Soccer helps me stay focused academically because it gives me routine and focus.

My role on the field is to control the pace and flow of the game. My vision allows me to find teammates and distribute creatively.  I am a leader on the field, and I hold my teammates and myself to a high standard. Over the years my finishing has developed; while I consistently assist, I now find myself scoring just as much.

I've competed at a high club level, travelled to Spain for a U-15 international showcase, and through the years I have some of  my highest  moments in the most important games. I believe I could contribute significantly to a collegiate soccer program by setting an example of hard work in the classroom and on the field.
