Bryan Garcia Espinoza '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Bryan Garcia. I am currently a senior attending Madison Memorial High School, WI. Growing up watching my parents and siblings play made me fall in love with the game at a young age. I have been playing soccer for 13 years now, 6 of those years being competitive. I joined my first club back in 2015, taking my game more seriously and later joining the Madison 56ers in 2018. I have always wanted to play at the highest level I could and hopefully even professionally, I am very eager to grow and continue to improve my game. I take feedback well and my biggest qualities are my work rate, awareness, and my leadership both on and off the field. I am a well rounded player. Although my starting position is attacking mid, I have gained experience through high school and club by playing both left and right wing, and striker. I was named captain freshman year, and out due to injury my sophomore year. I have been a starter on varsity both my junior and senior year leading my team in goals junior year and leading second in both goals and assists my senior year. I have been a starter throughout my club years and one of the biggest achievements we have had is being named regional champions and being one out of the four teams to attend National Presidents cup 2022. My first two years of highschool I had dealt with a bad habit of not putting my full effort into school which I have learned was a mistake. Ever since my junior year I have been prioritizing my school work and staying focused. I want to major in sports medicine, and pursue my passion for soccer at the collegiate level.
