- 2022 Highlights #2
Personal Statement
With less than half of my junior year still to play, with only four more games left, I got switched from striker to goalie, which turned out to be a good decision on my part. In just three games I saved 78 shots on goal. However, I feel I grew as a player the most after our last game when we won in overtime against the top seat in our conference. That game alone has helped me focused more on my own ability's in the offseason, and re-focusing on the bigger picture and being able to compete at the college level.
I was fortunate enough to have some amazing coaches my freshman year. They taught us the value of teamwork, leadership, good communication skills, problem solving, adaptability, and much more. My goal is to find a program that will be a good fit not just athletically but also academically. I don't only have the talent to play for a college team, but I have the character, work-ethic, leadership skills, and the love for the game to make a positive role in your program. I have what it takes to be a role player on your team!
