My goal for my last two years of high school are to over achieve and exceed in my academics (gain GPA and exceed class standards) and to enroll into a 4 year college to do aquatics and major in either computer science or tech engineering. I also want to put all my effort and passion for swim and water polo. Who knows if I ever have the opportunity to compete and play again. I know the main objective of high school sports is to have fun and make connections, but I never joined to just have fun. Growing up I was always competitive with anything against anyone. I never liked or accepted failure and was very ambitious to become first. Although I may have a late start to aquatics, I plan to be competing against other division 1 athletes who perform similar or even better than I do. I never want an easy competition when I play. In fact, I want to play athletes who have more years of age and experience. Sure I may get upset when I get beat, but this only makes me stronger and more ambitious to win. I will always become a better player everyday which was why I got two ''most improved player'' awards for my first year of water polo and swimming. I think I am a pretty great teammate all around. I get along with all my teammates and we also help each other get better physically and academically. I haven't quite met the expectations on being a team leader since I am not the most social person but I am constantly working on evolving into a team captain and leader. When it comes to practices and games. I am never lazy and always prepared for what my coach is going to throw at me. I never complain about workouts or game plans because I trust that my coach is making right moves.
