Adam Pannell '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been swimming for a little over a decade. During this rather large portion of my life, my parents, coaches, and teammates have taught me the importance of hard work and optimism. They taught me that success derives from pushing yourself regardless of talent.  I want to share this success with those teammates through competition, a symbiotic relationship that can help everyone involved. I believe that my desires to succeed,  compete, and work hard have carried over to other aspects of my life.  I aspire to go to school in order to study computer science. I study very hard and make sure to complete my work at the earliest opportunity, while also giving myself some time to relax or spend time with my friends. I am truly looking forward to the next step in both life and swimming and I believe that I can prove to be a great asset to the team as both a teammate and a swimmer.
