Vittorio Peters '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Vittorio Peters.  I was born in West Palm Beach Florida and since I was a child much of my life has been spent in water.  An interesting fact about me is that I'm a dual citizen; Italian and American.  My mother was on the Italian national team for monofin swimming and my father was a club swimmer.  Both of my brothers are competitive swimmers so swimming runs through our family's blood.  

I have been swimming for the Fort Collins Swim Team for approximately five years.  Our coaches focus on excellence and character building in and out of the pool.  I do my best whether that is in the pool or at school.  I will acknowledge that I have a learning disability and although academics can be a challenge I try my best.  My long-term goal is to attend a college that is supportive of my learning style while also being part of a swim program that has a positive culture and strong work ethic.
