Keith Sherman '23 Recruiting Profile

I started playing team sports when I was 4 years old. I started with soccer and some baseball. I couldn't decide which one to dedicate to because, to be honest, I didn't have a passion for either one. Then, when I turned 9, I started swimming for Lehigh Swim Florida and I fell in love with it! Since that time swimming has become my passion and I am sure it always will be. I understand that to excel I must work hard everyday both in and out of the water. This means never missing a set, putting in extra practice and making sure to eat healthy. I compliment my training with powerlifting, as well as, yoga and Pilates.  

My hard work isn't limited to my swim. I hold myself to a high standard for my academic performance as well. I started with honors classes in middle school and continued in the IB program in my high school. I decided to move forward in the IB program for my junior and senior years, to better prepare me for college level coursework and allow me expand my college choice options. 

I take my swim career, my academics, and my future very seriously. I consider myself to be a well rounded athlete and a well rounded student and I know that whichever college and team I get to be a part of, I will continue to give it my all in every aspect to each every goal I have.
