Joseph Lapidot '23 Recruiting Profile

I started swimming when I was 13 and I fell in love with the sport. I had to work extra hard because all my teammates had been swimming for many years. Through very hard work I have managed to become one of the top swimmers in my group. I swim six days a week and take private lessons on Sunday mornings to improve my technique.  Swimming is my number one priority, and my favorite thing to do. I am willing to do as much work as needed to take me to the top.  When choosing a college I would prefer to stay in Florida.

I have  also been very successful with my academics.  My favorite class is engineering which I have been taking for several years. I  will make it my major, and I cannot wait to continue learning about it.  I have an immense amount of discipline and focus that help me continue to improve in all areas of my life.
