Personal Statement
I have been swimming competitively since I was 7 years old. I find a lot of peace when I am in the water. Being a part of a team, pushing myself in practice, and racing are key elements of my swimming experience. Swimming has taught me time management and to push myself beyond what I think may be possible. As a result, I constantly strive to excel in all I do and to realize my potential.
