Swimming in college is a goal I hope to achieve.  I have been swimming for 11 years.  I am constantly trying to improve  in every way possible, not only in swimming, but in school and my everyday life.  I can't remember a time where I have not focused on swimming.  My family and I make it a priority to be at practice five to six days a week.  I am always setting  goal times for myself and working towards those times.  Although swimming is a love of mine, I also know the importance of a getting a good education.  I want to make sure that if I am able to swim in college, it is for a school that I can obtain a great education for my degree choice.  No matter how much I love to swim, I know I need to also focus on my career after college.  I push myself to work hard and earn good grades in school.
