Jack Chiodini '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jack Chiodini and I am a junior at Alma High School, in Alma, MI, graduation year 2024. Swimming is my passion. I have been swimming my whole life and I started competitively swimming with my local swim club at the age of six. I am very humble, a good team player, coachable, and I work hard. I like to challenge myself and my teammates every day through a very competitive fun training atmosphere. Swimming in college has been one of my main goals since middle school, when I made the decision to transfer to Alma High School as a freshman, in order to be able to swim and compete on their high school team. My home school district, where I live 20 miles north of Alma, does not have a boys swim team.  Academically, my favorite subjects are Math and History. School and grades have always been a priority and very important to me. I am an honor student and a multi-sport athlete. I swim on the Varsity Swim Team in the winter and play baseball on the Varsity Baseball Team in the spring. In the summer I play travel baseball and train and condition with my club swim team, and I work as a lifeguard and help out with teaching youth swim lessons at my high school pool. In the wintertime I also enjoy skiing.
