My name is Brayden Hirschman. I am a Freshman at St. Johns High School and swim on the St. Johns Varsity swim team. I maintain a 3.7 GPA in High School while taking Honor classes. Last summer, I finished my first season at MMA and tried swimming the 500 Free, once I hit the water I knew I could do it and that was my event. Recently I have finished my first High School Boys Swim Season, my events were the 500 Free and the 200 Free. Throughout the season I consistently dropped time in the 500 from 5:45:00 to 5:20:00. I plan on pursuing a degree in Nursing. I feel what makes me different from other recruits is that I am a well-rounded candidate, who is very coachable, hard-working, and a team player. I've been swimming since I was in 5th grade and I know its an important part of my physical and mental health. Some other activities I enjoy are Theatre, Orchestra, and showing rabbits. I also enjoy providing service to my comunity and helping others.
