Swim Is a huge part of who I am and the key thing that has motivated me throughout the many years of my life. Since I was at the age of ten, I started out on the team competing even when I had very minimal knowledge of the sport I was playing. I grew as a swimmer and as a team mate being inspired and inspiring others. Many people throughout my swim career have said that "hard work pays off in the end" or "Working hard will make you so much better" and yes I've worked hard. But, the results I am seeing now aren't what I aspire to be and what I aspire to reach. I want to work harder and reach further because I have been told that I am not that great and I have been hurt by people I care about when they don't believe in my goals. This is my senior year in high school and I've been working hard on the off season to come into the high school season with strengths I've never had before. Swimming in college with a very competitive team has been my dream since the start of freshman year and I want to achieve that. My personal times as of right now are as followed; 59.9 in 100 yard backstroke short course, 50.1 in the 100 yard freestyle short course, and a 1:12.2 in my 200 yard Individual Medley. These times are all going to be broken by at least a few seconds by the end of the senior year season. I will keep them updated as I go along.
