Andrew (AJ) East '21 Recruiting Profile

Swimming in college for me is a must, It will keep me on track to graduate, as it has in highschool. I want to study exercise science, so in the future I can become a personal trainer, but also use what I learned from studying exercise science and implement it into bettering my abilities in swimming. I want to be a successful collegiate athlete, and one day, qualify for the olympics. It’s a stretch but with hard work, perseverance, determination, and patience, anything is possible, The sky’s the limit right?

I believe I am a good candidate for your school because of my ability to keep a positive attitude even through the worst of times. I can push myself above and beyond through anything and everything you throw at me. I’ve faced enough adversity in my life, and I’m prepared to put everything I’ve got, and more into my college experience, In and out of the pool.
