Personal Statement
I have been swimming competitively since I was 7 years old. I quickly learned I love the sport because I like setting goals and seeing my times drop with hard work. I love being with my team mates; I am on a merged swim team with another school. I have team mates and friends now from another school that I wouldn't have known if we weren't a merged team. Some other accomlishments I am proud of is winning Rookie of the Year in 2018 and Most Improved in 2019. I also won the Backstroke and IM races in our Class Championships in 2019. If you talked to one of my coaches, I think they would tell you I am hard working and a team leader.
I want to swim in college so I can continue to be a part of a team and hopefully make a positive impact for the team.
