Swimming has taught me that determination , together with hard work both in and the pool, is the key to being successful. Learning the pros and cons from past races is also important to me in planning for future races.
I have been on Bahamas National Swim team representing the Bahamas in regional competitions from Goodwill Games in 2016 and 2017, Carifta teams 2018, and 2019 where Team Bahamas won both Championships. I am on the McCallie/GPS swim team , and took part in the Tennessee State Championship in 2022. I know the importance of being part of a team and working together to make sure that My team has the best possible outcome.
I am confident that once I am able to find the perfect fit in a college swim team , I will add strong value and committement to making a difference in the pool, and I am looking foward to continuing swimming during my college years.
I am working towards being the best that I can be so that I can add value in being part of the a Great College swim team and a college that fits both my personal goals, academically and athletically.
