I hold several club records including 15-18 yr old, 50 Free, 100 Free, 200 Free 200 Back, 50 Fly & 100 Fly I have been Swimming with the UVM Club, Vermont Aquatics since 2017, along with the Stowe Swimmers, with Coaches Brian Keats and Gerry Cournoyer

- I currently train 5 days a week. The training consists of 3 x a week - 1 hr of dry land plus 1hr 45min swim, and 2 x a week- 1.5hr swim. When this season ends I will be bumping up my training to 6 days a week
