Personal Statement
I began swimming at the age of 5. I swam competitively from ages 5-12, and began competitively swimming once more at age 15. The hard work I have put in has led to my qualification for regional, state, and multi-state meets. From day one at practice, I have always been the hardest worker. Never missing a yard, I am always the first one to practice, and the last one out. Not only do I swim, but I also manage a rigorous band, jazz band, and full International Baccalaureate schedule. This leads to my well-roundedness and work ethic, which is guaranteed to shine in the pool.
