Personal Statement

   In 8th grade I made the Varsity tennis team. In my very first matches ever, I won the District tournament as an 8th grader and beat a junior with experience for the championship. Since then I have loved the game so much and hit the ball every day, every hour I can. As well as playing tennis, I have played soccer in the same season since 7th grade. I play well with everyone and I am a leader in the classroom and on the court. If I see someone is struggling, I jump to the opportunity to help and teach them. I feel I can be a great candidate for your team because I never give up. I work hard until I reach my goals and then I set new ones. Tennis is my passion and to be able to defend my home court in college is a dream to me. I hope one day I will be able to play for you and you're school with pride.
