I started playing tennis when I was five years old, and I have not stopped. I enjoy playing the game of tennis because the game relies as much on mental ability as it relies on physical ability. I am a student athlete, and my goal is to play tennis at the collegiate level. My goal in college is to complete a 4 year degree that will allow me to compete in today's competitive job market. I am dedicated tennis player and have diligent work habits. I am ambitious, goal oriented, and have a clear sense of direction and purpose. When I am on the court, I give 110%, and I never give up.

Are you in honor classes?
Yes. Philip attends STEAM Academy (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). This program is in its 3rd year and is in collaboration with Fayette County Public Schools and The University of Kentucky. Students tackle high school concepts at very high levels, all through the lens of authentic, problem-based learning within the STEAM lens. All math, science, English, and social studies classes are advanced and weighted on a 5.0 scale.Are you in AP/IB classes?
