I started playing tennis when I was 8. My parents put into many sports so I could try out not just different sports but also different team environments. I played soccer both freshman and JV soccer in high school along with tennis and have decided to focus on tennis soley and I want to be able to play tennis at the college level. I think that my experiences playing other sports have helped me with my tennis. While tennis is an individual sport I haved loved playing team style tennis in high school and in tournaments. I love the team environment and getting to play not just for myself but also for my teammates. I know that I must commit a lot and have lots of patience as I try to achieve this goal. I always believe in honesty and playing fair. I am open to the advice from others, taking the advice and coaching from my trainers to matches and practices. I feel that I am easily coachable. I like honest feedback so I know where I can improve my game so I can perform better on the court. In addition to playing tennis in highschool and in tournaments, I am part of the National Honor Society. I am also part of several school clubs and activities that help me to gain experiences that helps me grow to be a well rounded young man.
Off the court, I like to fish, hunt, and hike. I love the outdoors and lake life. I like listening to country music because it suits me the best. I want to study the majors that are in the field above. I want to be able to go to a school where I know that I can succeed both academically and athletically and ultimately make me a better man in the future.
