My goal for my future is to obtain a career in physical therapy. I became interested in this topic after I first became injured in tennis. The first step to recovery was to see a physical therapist and see the exact location and cause of my injury. After this, I went through 3-4 months of routine therapy to help recover the injured tendon. The process and the results were quite impressive, with me completely healing and being back on the court in no time. I strive to become someone that helps other athletes like me to recover from injuries/setbacks, and help lead them to a successful future. I am a very motivated, committed, and disciplined student-athlete that constantly looks for ways to improve my game as well as the academic area. I believe that having me on the team would motivate not only me, but the people around me.
