Greetings! I'm Anthony Tegen, and I'm excited to share my story with you.
Every morning, rain or shine, you'll find me on the tennis court at 5 am, training with my coach, Scott McCain. Tennis isn't just a sport to me, it's a platform through which I cultivate discipline, perseverance, and compassion, values that guide me both on and off the court. This dedication extends beyond the court. I'm equally committed to my academic journey. Biology and chemistry fascinate me, inspiring my goal to become a sports medicine doctor or orthopedic surgeon, where I can combine my love for athletics with my desire to help others.
But my dedication isn't just about personal achievement. It's rooted in my Christian faith, which guides me to serve others. Whether it's volunteering in my community or supporting my teammates, I strive to make a positive impact wherever I go.
As I embark on the college recruitment process, I'm excited about the possibility of joining a collegiate tennis program that values dedication, excellence, and community. With my work ethic, compassion, and faith as my driving forces, I'm eager to contribute to the team and the university as a whole.
Thank you for considering me. I look forward to the opportunity to pursue my passions and make a meaningful difference.
Warm regards,
Anthony Tegen
