My name is Wyatt Wright, weighing 160 lbs at 5’10”. I have been training at Giammalva Elite Tennis Academy in Spring, Texas since 2016. I have also been the singles line one player since my Freshman year at The John Cooper School. My sophomore year, I earned All SPC (Southwest Preparatory Conference) honors. Tennis has taught me how to balance the demands of competitive athletics with rigorous academics; I am committed to a consistent training and tournament schedule while maintaining a 3.95 GPA (on a 4.0 scale). I scored a 1480/1520 on my PSAT and a 1460 on the March 2019 SAT. I would love to be part of a collegiate tennis team where I would be surrounded with coaches and teammates whose work ethic push me every day to progress my game. I hope to attend a university with outstanding academics and a strong business program. I believe that I would be a great candidate for a collegiate tennis team due to my athletic and academic skill set, work ethic, perseverance, competitive nature, and coachability.
